Right of Withdrawal
For consumers within the meaning of Austrian consumer law
This right-of-withdrawal notice applies to consumers within the meaning of Austrian consumer protection law. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of the UGB have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded (for service contracts as well as digital content/services).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision. Address your withdrawal to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided that you expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
For digital content and services not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire if you expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the period and confirmed your awareness of losing the right of withdrawal.
If performance begins at your express request during the withdrawal period and you then withdraw, you owe a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service provided up to the withdrawal relative to the total contractually agreed scope.
